To all people neglecting your shoulders and coping by adding mass to your triceps, stop. You'll end up looking like a gymcel and a chimp with bloated arms, wide shoulders with slim triceps mogs
 
Isolation movements and disproportionate ratios cause muscular imbalance. Compound movements will lead to better physique and health.
 
the real thing is just shoulder to waist ratio and gooning.
