So I have 22-23 inch( between like 22,4 inches bideltoid) without a pump or anything in the morning so just casual Im 17 yrs old and I want to know is 25-26 inches achiveable by 21 without any kind of streiod like addind 3-4 inches to its widht is huge right?

@Orc had 65cm bideltoid or something, it’s certainly possible to add a lot with muscle. The standard deviations for biacromial are only 1cm so you’d have to be a massive outlier for bone to really make a big difference.

Although I do have the feeling your bideltoid needs to be in the same percentile or better than your height, to avoid being a framelet.

My friend who is a muai thai u18 champion in my coutry has 59 cm according to this he is top 1% and aint no way I have the biggest frame in my class by far but I know people with a lot bigger ones
