Shouldn’t have stopped running

I am so stiff and out of shape now. I can barely walk up a few flights of stairs. Very disappointing. How come I can’t stay consistent for more than 3-4 months :feelswhy:

I think it’s been a year since I consistently ran
 
Running + conditioning 3x week. Even if I can barely do half a mile it doesn’t matter. I was able to get in 5k shape before I can do it again multiple times over. Year or two consistency and I’ll be able to do at least a 22 minute 5k
 
Just start again day by day and build your stamina. I’m on the same road of getting back into shape

I worry too much about current fitness/weight rather than just doing my workout the best I can
