The entire eye brows lowered roughly by 20 cm brutal

This guys entire jaw shape changed fucking hell that's brutal.

He got a full head of hair fuck.

Most brutal part his entire orbits became more compact not possible with surgery

The bastard got a whole new midface and zygoma it's like the morph simulated a lefort 3 plus custom zygomatic implants

his entire nose become prominent as well.

This is so cruel to look at fuck the nigga needs 16 surgeries to look like that

My maxfac will set my upper maxilla even more back than it already is. He said (not to me, but for his surgical team) that this will be needed because I don't have enough gap and if he advanced anything I'd end up being biprotruse. Even though my nasal support is horrific.

He'll be advancing 1mm. I can't say shit because it'll be covered by healthcare.
I hope CCW and impaction can move tissue upper and forward on it's own.

they set your maxilla back and advance your mandible by 1mm? wtf?

be sure the impaction and CCW will not make you look pigfaced because to my newbie eyes your occlusal plane seems relatively straight (I may be blind).
I would not go through with it even if its covered by insurance, brutal as you probably spent a lot of time on Orthodontics but it is what it is. 1mm advancement is not worth the trauma of jaw surgery. this seems like it was planned more by an Orthodontist and not by a surgeon, this is where you usually get these ridiculous 1mm advancements.
and also, this surgeon probably knows absolutely nothing about aesthetics, for this reason I uphold what i said: i would be very careful with doing CCW/impaction.

Sorry, I put that wrong. He will be bringing maxilla back 1mm during CCW and impaction.
I'd never submit to surgery if I was told my mandible is gonna be advanced 1mm jfl .

Yeah, I spent 1 year on it, got bone loss due to orthodontics and had to remove healthy wisdom teeth. My surgeon does care about aesthetic, the appointments were pretty much about pointing what's wrong with my face, he talked a lot about soft tissue etc. I think in this case there's no much to do since my bite is overly class I (words from my doctor). In any case I'm getting rid of gummy smile and getting my lower third advanced (4-5mm genio alongside bimax).

My only real concern is about nose projection, but I think I'd need rhino either way.
