I'm lowkey trying to do that. We have similar nose and recession jfl, if I lose ALL bloat so can be very similar. I'm also growing out my hair, but I have lichen Planopilaris (permenant scarring hairloss) so it's putting a damper on my plans

That alone would not fix the dorsal hump. Also just fucking lol at your "advance the jaw lol" comment, it's a major surgery and will take time. I'm fixing my nose before bimax because it's an easy fix and I'm in college currently so I need to softmaxx asap

bro tbh you’d be surprised by how much the maxilla position affects the shape of the nose. But in my opinion, you aren’t a good candidate for jaw surgery. You honestly don’t look recessed at all IMO. Maybe like 1mm JFL but surgery isn’t worth it for such a minimal advancement. Your nose isn’t even bad lol. I swear to god half the people here are just mentalcels you don’t look bad at all.
