I'm not an expert at all, but co2 laser can do wonders for skin texture. Other than that I would do a proper skin care routine with a good diet, wear sunscreen etc

It seems like the popularity and interested in anti aging is exploding right now. Lots of investors, money flowing into the industry. A lot more normies, and especially at a much earlier age getting concerned about aging. Human studies on slowing down aging are being done right now, but they take a lot of time obviously. The next few decades might be interesting regarding anti-aging research.
