eye exercises make ur eyes smaller and u can change eyebrows by bone smashing the brow ridge for a tilt , hooded eyes eyelid pulling or just eye exercises , also there are eyebrow exercises that make them lower set. but pretty sure he just bone smashed it and did the eye exercise, when people ask how his eyes changed so much he said when he went to the gym and tried to lift heavy weight he would shut his eyes hard asf
