You can use iris method (average iris is 11.77mm lenght) - you measure lenght of iris in pixels, then you measure lenght of your PFL in pixels and then u will know in what range ur pfl stands
Example: your iris is 25pixels
your pfl is 70pixels
11.77/25pix = 0.4708cm
0.4708cmx70pix = 32,956mm

Or you can stand in a front of mirror with ruler, put ruler on close to your right eye, close left eye and read measurments from right one.

From both methods my pfl is around 25.5mm
There might be very small error but meaningless
