instead of paying for reta, can you just purposefully get sick to lose weight, get leaner and drop body fat, if so, what is the best way without being so drained, i don’t want to miss out on school nor get so sick to a point where i don’t wanna get out of bed, maybe a stoumach bug or somthing?

Purposefully getting sick for the sake of getting leaner isn't really a good trade off, the symptoms of being sick include all the signs of inflammation, plus others like loss of appetite, sleepiness, and general malaise. You could eat less and smoke cigs to surpress your hunger.

honestly no clue, i’m not fat nor skinny, im skinny but i hold stubborn fat on my love handles and lower stomach, nowhere else its so odd, so probably like 3-4% i assume for best results if i were to estimate i would say im around 20%

Could be an insulin resistance. That is for your lower belly. Do you work out or exercise much?

i used to but i stopped, i never had an insane amount of muscle but i definitely used to be more active

having a fever actually raises your metabolism by up to 10% per 1 degree celsius more than your normal temperature, since your body is working harder to fight the infection

Nor did I say to you that everything is centered about looks. I am talking about control and how free you are. If you can recognise a problem in life can you recognise a solution?
