If you are like me, weak manlet, dont even try to get bigger and stronger. You will never be able to compete with the guys that heightmog you and framemog you. If you have a death sentence you know that by default you can’t be a chad. But it’s still possible to become chadlite or at least high tier normie if you maxx out your other features. So stop thinking about unchangeable things and focus on what you can change.

How tall are you? Manlets shouldn't train legs, focus on getting a strong upper body. Also get fitted clothing, you want to give off the illusion that you are taller. Getting lifts is also nice to fraud a few inches.

5 foot 5. Lifts are a drop in the bucket for me and when the time comes for sex, I have to take them off anyway. Lifts are a fool's errand.
