True I saw some jester yesterday with a guide full of em dashes (chat gpt is the only thing that uses these, in order to make an em dash you have to type a specific code into docs) lmao

I deleted it in may, I pretty much ascended and Forgot as I was content with my results. But I came back now,

1. Due to the fact I pretty much only did minor softmaxxes (hair, skin leaning out and optimising lifestyle/diet/sleep. Also grew to 6'2), now willing to go deeper into it with roids hgh.

2. Also mainly here to help others because I'm amongst the very few people on this forum that actually fucking do shit instead of rotting all day on a forum.

I'd rather give people anecdotal/second hand experience of a specific compound I've actually tried over just sitting at home and rotting on pubmed studies to give people advice.

Not saying studies are bad though, you just have to try things yourself.

3. With Clav going mainstream on tiktok there's gonna be a lot of tiktokcels coming here with his bullshit representation of looksmaxxing and his ideologies so educating them on a deeper level than his stream clipfarms is nice. e.g, bonesmashing is retarded.
