Second week on DNP (400mg Now),T3 and Reta. I’ve already lost like about 7 pounds and i’m really hot. But the most annoying part is definitely the DEHYDRATION. Ive been taking electrolytes and chugging down water constantly just for me to feel extremely dehydrated and my lips all dry as well. Might have to double my electrolyte intake.

Just gonna let ChatGPT explain and for Reta just for the the appetite suppression. T3 combined with DNP is actually very common in the bodybuilding space.

  1. Counteracting the Drop in ATP:
    • DNP lowers ATP production efficiency.
    • T3 increases cellular demand for ATP and makes cells more metabolically active.
    • Together, they create a situation where the body burns even more fuel to try to meet ATP demand.
  2. Enhanced Fat Loss:
    • DNP forces fat and carbs to be oxidized inefficiently (heat instead of ATP).
    • T3 increases lipolysis and fatty acid oxidation by upregulating metabolic enzymes.
    • This creates a feedback loop: DNP burns fuel inefficiently → T3 increases fuel demand → more fuel gets oxidized.
  3. Preventing Hypothyroidism:
    • DNP tends to lower T3 levels naturally because extreme energy depletion can suppress thyroid output.
    • Supplementing T3 prevents this slowdown, maintaining high metabolism despite DNP use.

But mainly just for thyroid support since DNP lowers it.

It never bothered me tbh. I always drink a lot so didn’t really felt dehydrated. I cycled it on winter aswell.

Just use bam15, give similar results to DNP with less sides depending on the dosage.

Also 3x more expensive. I would if I could but i’m not spending more on something that works similar to DNP but better.
