After my ,,viral" thread about GH Peptides, i noticed in comments and other threads many myths about side effects from IGF-1 LR3.


I've ran personally a 5 week IGF-1 LR3 cycle 80mcg 5x PWO/w at 17 for gymcelling and will tell you about some side effects.

Hypoglycemia (Most popular side): Didn’t really notice it. Post-injection I always had a banana + 2 rice cakes + a whey shake to stay safe and boost MPS. Whey is insanely bioavailable anyway.

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome: Yes. a few times (about 2-3 times) while walking randomly. just in 2 fingers or 2 toes always on the right side.

Insulin Resistance: Ofc yes. Around a week post-cycle I got insanely thirsty, peed like 10x a day, even woke up at night from it (no bedwetting tho :lul:). Also felt slight more hungry again shortly after eating and got dizzy sometimes after I stood up. Lasted about 8 days, then went back to baseline.

Thats all. I'd still say the Benefit:Side effect ratio is worth it. I gained EXTREME muscle mass during cycle. Also Hyperplasia is a huge benefit for gymcels.

i’m 1.5 weeks in my igf lr3 cycle 40mcg a day no sides so far. should i up the dose or is 40mcg a good dose? also did you notice any bone mass changes in your face from running lr3?

no it actually has NO impact on any bone growth. and YES, you should add up from 40 to 100mcg. you'll notice IR after cycle anyway

and yes, you will never notice any transformation in facial bones from igf-1 lr3. it has no impact on bones. do your research. just because igf-1 is responsible for it, LR3 isn't the key

thanks for answering, also, the sweet spot is between 40mcg and 50mcg, 80mcg seems a lot and you are pretty close to a bodybuilder dose lol

could you show your results?

and no, i weren't cutting or sumn.

took the after pic right after i've ended my cycle. i've managed to maintain everything. lean mass and strength. It looks even better now:love:
