putrid breath
always cold, yes, even now while writing this I'm freezing my ass off
bladder/bowels problems
always lightheaded/dizzy
when you stand up too fast you won't just see black, you'll most likely pass out more
constant hospital visits
absolutely infernal stomach pains
rotten teeth
bald spots on your head
hair loss
always weak
incredibly tired 24/7
again putrid breath and death scent, the one of a dead body tbh

You sound half dead

Is there a reason you have an eating disorder?
If you go into detail, I can think of an idea or plan that'll be able to help you

Is it that you'll throw up all the food you eat?
Or do you not eat much to begin with?
If you eat a lot will you vomit, or is it physically impossible to put the food in your mouth and swallow?

I try my best to avoid eating, my anorexia is mostly an arfid, which is a lot more difficult to treat, since it's basically fear to eat

So, firstly there are drugs you can take that increase your appetite, and will slowly increase the want/desire for food.
Secondly, this demotivation towards eating might be related to hormones(?) I feel, you should get them checked out

Lastly, if I were you, I would change how I view food. It's hard to break habits, especially those we have lived with for years. But it all comes down to the mind, and what you have considered normal. Instead of jumping into the deep end, it might be best to start surrounding yourself with more food content.
So this means, take a step back, and first start watching food videos/mukbangs. Watch cooking recipes, search up chocolate/burgers/milkshakes. It's important you familiarise it.

That's how I overcame my fear of heights btw. It's the only fear I had but I watched content like this daily:

At first I used to get sweaty palms, but that went away
You need to normalize the concept
