That’s not a side effect it’s the reason the drug is taken. The effect.

It also doesn’t ‘kill your hunger’ at all after a few months of using it, tirz, sema and especially cag (best in combo with another GLP-1) grant you much more appetite suppression than reta.

I've been on it for 4 weeks. starting from 1mg and going up to by a mg per week. And honestly there isn't any side effect other than a bit of nausea and being unable to hit my protein goal cuz of the appetite suppression.
So, no serious case but I've seen new research saying there's skin rashes or something that pops up but only on high doagses about 12+mg.
