the bloat is only an issue if you're not lean enough, but if you are worried topical will bloat less but will also be far less useful.

I was using minoxidil for my facial hair and had no side effects. I was on topical tho, so it may differ if you have oral prescription.

I've never heard about it lol but may be possible since it's side effect of many vasodilators.
