thanks i appreciate it i really just took what most ppl see and did it instead of sitting on org all day i would say most of its better for me rather than the avg person doing it as i had shit posture and i mean shit i had a xray and my jawline was all the way in my neck cause how shit it was so i focused posture maxing and some neck curls debloated u can see in the first pic some weight around my jaw and under my neck
