Side profile improvement

Any advice and tips on how to improve my side profile and any recommended surgeries in the future? What's good and what's bad? I'm thinking maybe rhinoplasty? Idk,

honest answers please. I'm 16 as it stands of now.

the only way is hardmaxxing for those things but u can at least make it to mtn by softmaxxing completely, do every softmaxx u can and go clean shaven

i think if you would get chin implants it would balance it out well. full lips and chin are great to balance out a big nose. and you could need a bit more chin. and just the advice from the others
