Side profile improvements (mandible?)

you have a very recessed mandible along with what some people would call maxillary hyperplasia. personally i think you should just get genio

Maxillary hyperplasia causes your lower jaw to be further doesn't it? My lower teeth aren't protruded like the example picture.

My mandible is recessed genetically I think. Mum has a small mandible and it looks like I took her genetics
