side profile, need help

Realistically what can i do about my bones, dont mention skin because im aware. My gonial angle is fucked as you can tell and this for comparison, is what id call a decent picture of my side profile as well. If theres no massive fixes to be made, could i atleast somehow maintain my side looking like this because id be satisfied if it looked like this for most of the time.
