From what I can tell you're an MTN. Thing is I can't say much on what to work on because of your age, there's a lot that just growing up alone would likely improve on e.g debloating, growing thicker eyebrows, literally anything to do with the bones, even your skin to an extent.

What I can say is I reccomend skincare, bulking for muscle and haircare. On your hair try getting some sea salt spray or texture powder which especially for a straight hair fringe like you have now, would help wonders. Also try growing it out and see how it looks on you

Minox (I think it's short for minoxidil) seems to have worked for a lot of people on this website. It shouldn't be too hard to get anyway, you could probably find it at a pharmacy pretty easily.
