Side profile rating , suggestions and possible lower eyelid retraction surgery advice.

hi guys first time here i wanted to get my side profile rated its a bit frauded with the lighting but its how it would look without submental fat but im a skinny fat faggot and thats it ,if you could give me some advice about a few things, should i use something like aqualyx to dissolve submental fat ? as anyone done it and if so how did it turn out, i was considering getting buccal fat removal any thoughts on it? already started taking care of my skin,should i consider rhinoplasty to slim down my jew nose?
also probably will get lower eyelid retraction surgery in the future, should i? has anyone had any experience with it? i saw that there are multiple ways of doing
