I know I gotta lose weight but my main issue is maxilla recession, would really appreciate some advice on that, thank u.

Also would appreciate haircut suggestions, I haven’t had one for a while.

Yes but his maxilla is fine otherwise and he probably has no functional problems.

Unideal growth of one part of the maxilla isn't significant enough for me to warrant calling the entire thing recessed.

It's specifically just the infraorbitals and if he really wanted he could get infraorbital implants.

Well how are you going to be able to fix that? It's very hard to advanced that region without implants.

That's why I said the maxilla is fine because he'd benefit more from looking into things about infras that looking to fix that part of the maxilla through le fort.
