My honest advice bro, without surgery there are things u can fix. You probably best to focus on appeal. Idk if it’s just the photo but neck posture isn’t great, I have the same thing. Could probably work on ur jaw too. What also worked for me was trying a new haircut. Tbh bro ur 15 and ur still developing quite a lot. Put in the work and u will see results. Everyone has flaws but there are other things u can do to make the flaws less obvious.
