Does my face shows signs of mouthbreathing, be honest? Could I use lefort surgery? Fix it through that
Im a natural nosbreather but still my BDD dont let me tell thats its true, need reassurance

Maxilla looks okay. I don't think your problem is mouth breathing. I think your problem is your huge prognathism/bimaxillary protrusion (genetic in blacks) which gives the appearance of downward facial growth due to mouth breathing.. Don't recommend Lefort; its not necessary. I recommend correction of your prognathism.

Eh.. mouth breathing may have accentuated your bimax, but bimax is typically strong in blacks and asians to begin with so go figure.
