@Blackgymmax

This guy went to one of the best surgeons in the USA, paid top dollar to get the holy trinity of lower third implants, just to look bloated and like a block face. And this result was deemed good enough by the surgeon to advertise. JFL (also good to be back after 2 weeks)

It doesn't look that bad imo but I'd cry if I spent top dollar for those results when you can probably get the same from any run of the mill implant surgeon who knows what they're doing. The results are a bit more robust and swelling usually takes awhile to go down fully. Might even look better with some further leaning

To me it looks worse than before. Thankfully the guy didn’t have a thin neck, but still looks like a blockhead.

What this guy needed was height, not width

Some defined jaws look a bit blocky when viewed up front and at a slight angle. It could be due to the bloating and if there's still too much mass then maybe the shape can be altered further for a slightly higher gonial angle as lateral projection seems fine. Implant shaving as far as I know is a pretty common thing to do to fine tune results. No idea if an alteration in chin height would at all help remedy it

Huge improvement in the 3.4 view. In the front view the chin looks too wide, that may just be temp post surgical swelling. It takes like 4 months for the swelling to go down after jaw and chin implants.

mine is pretty good and if I didn't need actual jaw surgery I'd be happy with it
