Bloat in face is generally caused by high body fat % and water retention.
Water retention is when water stores in your face cause of low water intake / high sodium intake.
Steps on how to Debloat
Lower your body fat percentage
This means that you have to stop eating junk funk and processed food (Chocolate bars, candy, chips...) and exercise more.
Go for a daily run/walk, go to the gym, do some cardio exercises at home or anything else that will help you loose weight.
Prevent water retention
As I stated previously, bloating is caused by water retention.
To prevent water retention you need to cut your sodium intake by a LOT.
Your main sodium intake throughout the day is most likely salt
You have to stop eating salt and anything that contains salt.
Foods that are high in sodium:
Canned soups
Deli meats
Frozen meals
Soy sauce
Snack foods
Foods that are low in sodium:
Fresh fruits
Fresh vegetables
Oats
Quinoa
Brown rice
Unsalted nuts
Dried beans (cooked without salt)
Fresh fish
Eggs
Plain yogurt
Tofu
Avocados
Sweet potatoes
Leafy greens
Fresh chicken (unprocessed)
Also stop putting salt on your food if not obvious by now.
