You forgot to list 'shitty genes' at number one cause of acne though.

@benignice won't exfoliation twice a day cause too much irritation and inflammation?

„THICKENED KERATIN LAYER

When dead skin cells build up on the skin, the appearance of pores is magnified.“

„Because the keratin layer is constantly trying to thicken, effective exfoliation is required on a daily basis, despite common recommendations that you only need to do so once per week or per month. Exfoliate that infrequently, and you’ll notice the skin looks great for a short period of time after using the product. However, keratin is soon given the opportunity to thicken while the dermis thins in response. With that, dull, uneven skin tone, blemishes, and, yes, fine lines, are given the opportunity to return.“

Yes Bro it will if your skin is not healthy to begin with

But as your skin gets healthier with time
It will not cause irritation
And your skin will look much better
I recommend start only 1 times a day
With exfoliating
And if you experience redness and stuff
Take 1 day of and again
Till you can make it 2 a day without irritation

Skin should be cleansed exfoliated , moisturized and protected from the sun
Make sure you use lsf in your moisturizer

To remove the thick layers of keratin
Your moisturizer should be ideally acidic
Like 2PH or 3
If its not acidic Enough it’s not effective
Yes it will lead to irritation that’s why most manufacturers don’t sell
Highly acidic exfoliaters because it will likely cause irritation and people don’t want that
Your exfoliated should be slightly acidic*

What kind of exfoliation are you suggesting here?

„. If a product contains a significant amount of acid, which is what is needed to garner a low pH and effective exfoliation, those who use the product are at risk of burn. To avoid this, most companies have shifted their product to the other category, whereby the product is ineffective for most users, but no one experiences negative side effects. Products that fall into this category often use either a weak acid or do contain sufficient amounts of acid in conjunction with a buffer that eats up the hydrogen ions, thus making the acid less, well, acidic. Either way, you get a higher pH level. Products such as these can be marketed as having, for example, 70% acid, a number that sounds impressive. However, they won’t be very effective. This is why the pH level is so important. It’s a more accurate determination of the product’s strength and, therefore, effectiveness.“

„the solution is to find an at-home chemical exfoliation product that features a pH closer to 3. Again, this is indeed possible and safe if the formulation includes a high concentration of anti-inflammatory ingredients, like aloe, which prevent burn.
Note that it is common for the skin to need a short period to adjust to the use of a daily exfoliant that features an effective pH. During this time you may experience dryness, flaking, slight redness, or breakouts. However, these conditions are temporary and will subside as your skin builds its tolerance to the product and becomes healthier

So I assume you're suggesting a chemical exfoliation over a physical?
AHA or BHA?

Chemical exfoliation is much more easier and effective

Glycolic Acid is much less iritating and is the smallest molecule of AHA
