Train your muscles in this order of importance:
1) Neck

massive face halo and face > everything, it is also a muscle that can be seen from every angle so that's a plus

Everybody knows about the V tapper, only train your lats, middle back is cope, your time is limited, don't waste it :feelsthink:

6) Abs, the last muscle that matters, the hardest to get but also really important for social media maxxing, going to dates in the pool and of course, when you get naked for sex :chad:

Ass is the only muscle that matters in the lower body, again don't waste your time, training legs will tire your core, meaning your upper body training will be less effective, target the Glutes with isolation exercises instead, also do cardio, lean maxxing is legit

Squats, Deadlifts, Bench/Dumbbell presses, Pull ups, Shoulder press, Farmer walks, Rows are best. If you got less than 1 year in the gym only worry about those

You most likelly dont have enough T in your system to have an impressive natty balanced physique, I would say however if you have small forearms you absolutely will need to train them a lot, the rest of the muscles of the arm grow just fine without isolation exercises but wristlets will look pathethic with only passive training because forearms need so much fucking pain and tears to grow

Squats, Deadlifts, Bench/Dumbbell presses, Pull ups, Shoulder press, Farmer walks, Rows are best. If you got less than 1 year in the gym only worry about those
Legs are an absolute waste of time for natty gymcopers, to have impressive legs as a non juicer you basically need to train like a soccer/endurance cyclists, but as a result having the upper body of cristiano ronaldo is most likelly the best you can achieve with your natural testosterone levels if you choose to go hardcore on leg training (as you should if you actually want them to grow)

Stop spending time looking at men's physique on the internet and look at the real world especially USA. Damn near everyone is out of shape. Focusing on compound movements like squats, Deadlifts, bench, etc for atleast 1 year will definitely give you a top 1% body

Thats actually the faut of normie advice on hypertrophy training, there is nothing more boring in the entire universe than training like a powerlifter, no wonder people dont stick to training, you have to be severly autistic to enjoy lifting heavy retarted shit for years and years, just in the hope of attracting some hole, nah, join a sport and train antogonistics muscles instead of this bullshit you will actually get motivited to train every day and as a natty you are not gonna get an impressive body no matter what meme full body program you do anyway, you will get 90% of those results just by practicing a sport and doing calisthenics anyway lol

I think I have top tier bodybuilding genetics, And both Arnold and Sly was "wristcels", it helps the illusion/art of bodybuilding

No, you dont get it my wrist and hands are literally female tier, there is something to be said about harmony, minimizing failos > maximizing halos (I also have shitty biceps insertions so there is no point developing the rest of the arms muscles for me JFL)

I am currently doing bouldering (to fix my failos) + ultimate frisbee (cardio + it develops a little of leg muscle, also fuck leg day its unbearably boring also calves develop better with actual sports instead of autistically using those pointless machines, leg day also fries your central nervous system destroying your productivity) + antagonistic weight lifting training (to maximize performance and avoid developing bad posture)

you'll never get anywhere in life if you keep making these excuses. just pay your respects to the iron and you shall be rewarded. Also of course there is still a point in developing your biceps even if your genetics are subpar. It'll look better than today, that should be motivation enough but through your journey you will learn discipline and how to set goals reach them, dedication etc
