No it’s not some BS like fix your gut health, although that helps it doesn’t solve the issue completely.
Here is me now eating whatever I want, including sugar, fast food, high fats all the shit.
I’m aware of my looks, I am strictly speaking about acne here.
Simplest skincare guide:
Morning:
Moisture IF skin is dry
SPF 50 PA+++ mandatory
Night:
Benzoyl peroxide face wash I recommend panoxyl.
Microneedling of scars every couple days
tretinoin if you can get it, I didn’t use it but it helps a lot.
And that’s it, obviously fixing your diet will speed up the process but it’s not the only solution. Acne can’t survive under benzoyl peroxide so it’s a really good way to prevent it and get rid of it.
If none of this works or if you can’t be bothered, get on accutane.
