Someone online said in powerful fashion about how unhealthy I was living, and it made me decide to start drinking water, and eating fruits and vegetables. For those who don't know, for almost 30 years, I've survived on nothing except soda, junk food and other goyslop. I only drank half a cup of water every few months, and I barely ate any fruits or vegetables. It's only been a few days, but I've already been noticing benefits. My skin is no longer dry and flaky as it was, the tiny red spot(s) in my face gone and my skin is not as wrinkly as it was. I'm probably still not drinking enough water, but a couple of days ago I started with 0,5L and now I'm drinking 1,5L per day.
