Do you have a decent mandible but a recessed maxilla like Robert Pattinson? If so then yeah maybe a nose job would be better.

Do you have a forward maxilla but a retruded recessed chin and mandible? You can get jaw angles and genio or fillers?

Are both your jaws recessed? Then yeah bimax is probably your best bet

Well you don't need bimax. So whatever issue you have with your nose, fix with nose job
