I was watching a YouTube video and wtf, it auto translated the person talking to English and it sounded ridiculous

Was it specifically labeled by youtube as having been translated? I suspect AI content generators on YT are trying to sidestep the uncanny appearance of their videos by posting real videos of people talking in a foreign language, and then dubbing over it with AI generated conversational content that has nothing to do with anything the people actually said.
