bro i did them at the gym and holy fucking shit, i can feel my lats insanely good like no other workout, yall need to try this one trust. feels like everything single arm is better, might do single arm 1x a week and regular 1x a week to get some variation into my shcedule:Comfy:

takes more cns activation to do bilateral compared to unilateral

you will be able to lift more unilaterally, thus activating more muscle fibers

That could be because you’re training correctly and they’re not, gains aren’t linear they’re exponential. You can gain more in a shorter period of time as a novice (a.k.a newbie gains) while others gains them slower in a bit or way longer amount of time. And this is conditional to your training

Yeah i have perfect form that i spent alot of hours on and studying with good schedule. Diet has been bad tho but now i fixed it and i drink protein shake right after working out. I need to do more cardio and stretch tho then its perfect:Comfy:

Yeah that’s my point newbie gains are basically fixed to your training efficiency, I could be a lifter for a decade but never truly accomplish or drain all my newbie gains
