How do I cut down my body fat?
I'm already eating in a calorie deficit and apprently diet is the most of it

5'7", 60 kg, 20% body fat

Don't eat in a calorie defecit, that will make you lose weight.
Eat in a calorie surpluss of mostly protein. 60kg at 5'7 would be a decent weight if you were 12% bf. Maybe slightly more kgs would be even better.

To get to 10% bf without gaining any muscle you would have to get to 117 pounds. That's unfathomable to me. My ex girlfriend was 5'2 110 pounds and she was skinny but you'd be 7 pounds away at 5 inches taller. Don't cut; it won't do you any favors regardless of any facial leanness gains because you'll look like a middle schooler. Gradually do a lean bulk of 2 pounds per month (it'll be mostly muscle if your diet and workouts are on point) and then worry about cutting later.
