A quick little update to the infamous thread-

So basically, my parents do not agree with me that mouthbreathing is harmful to her jaw development. My sister has been mouthbreathing for 10 years straight and it is getting to a point where the recession is extreme.

It looks even worse than this- (pic not her btw)

I honestly feel bad for the neglect my parents have been giving her. Because they chose not to believe that mouth breathing is bad, my sister will forever have a recessed jaw. She is only 10 yrs old, so she does not know that looks=everything. Even though she is a female I feel bad she is getting fucked so bad by our parents.

My family is toxic, so as soon as possible I will get bimax l, finish college, and likely start a new life. They have failed me in every way, never taking me to the doctor when they saw I was mouthbreathing 24/7. Just brutal.

This is just a venting post so don't reply "noone cares"

There really isn't any way. She will likely get braces with elastics to fix her overbite, thus recessing her even more.
