Lift, do physical activities that you enjoy whether it's a sport, martial art, rock climbing etc. Get plenty of calcium and vitamins D3 and K2.

Fuck this is so true it's depressing. I have an alright height at 6 (borderline manlet though) but I'm a legit framecel. My wrists are literally smaller than my 21 year old foid cousin and she's thin as rails.

I have heard of people gaining bone mass from years of blasting test though. So I'm putting my hopes on that.
 
That's cope.
I spend most of my time as a child playing PlayStation or PC while sitting and I didn't get wide hips or a big ass at all.
