I try 1 rep max wich my current is 75kgs, then i do drop sets like 75-50-20-0kgs type drop sets with no rest so my back and biceps get raped.
Then i do very wide grip pull ups with body weight only.

I do heavy farmer carries tho that is why i have big neck and forearms.
I do them almost daily with 50kgs each hand as much time as possible is like a trap bar deadlift with walking type shit
