Skin advice please

Yo guys here are 2 different lightens of my skin issue right now. As you can tell my skin rapes my looks atm, redness is like i got burnt in a fucking house fire šŸ’€
How do i make this go away?
any advice would be greatly appreciated,
and let me know if you experience similar before

Got something similar, i think its related to acne since i have that too and you also. (redness is some sort of inflamation)

I am on accutane at the moment and that reduces inflamation, so hopefully that will clear it up
