I want to have clean skin, idk if accutane is worth it tho, bcs ig my skin is not soo bad. I think i have this thing called PIE (post inflammation) Pls give me tips how to fix this. Thanks

Try some vitamin C serums for PIE
It's a much softer option than tretinoin
Also you could take some zinc to prevent new acnes
This helped me personally
