how much on a looks scale (or in general) skin can affect your looks? i mean, moderate/severe cheeks and nose acne.

Oh, it's completely over. You could have a Chad-tier skull, but one pimple on your cheek will tell women that your sperm is low-quality and not worth consuming. Completely over.

extremely. last year when i was an acne/acne scarred riddled fuck (had a fuck ton of atrophic scarring and volume loss on my cheeks) with skin coloring paler than an 80 year old on their deathbed for liver failure, i would always wonder why people would treat me poorly. like genuinely i would go to my uni's dining halls and the workers would be rude for no reason. people are actually nicer to me now and have started to ask me how i am and make small talk with me. i also haven't received any rude treatment for a while now that my skin is 90% smoother and cleared from acne with near ideal coloring and a very healthy red undertone/tanned look.

tl;dr it's at least 0.5 PSL for okay skin texture + active acne. maybe 1 PSL if you have both active acne and bad atrophic scarring

obviously acne wasn't the only thing i fixed i went from 25-30% body fat to 14% now and did a lot of other softmaxxes, but it was the first thing people would notice obv

I'm on an acne treatment right now and fuck yeah it changes a lot, i'm not afraid of seeing myself in a mirror now lol.

my height still ruins my mental though

What did you do for colouring?
cialis + beta carotene + lycopene + astaxanthin (all 3 carotenoids at high doses) + nitric oxide boosting supplements and foods like cocoa powder and beet root + preworkout with caffeine daily

No sun exposure or mt2? I'm scared to start beta carotene as it gets an orange reputation.

No sun exposure or mt2? I'm scared to start beta carotene as it gets an orange reputation.
i walk outside a lot so i get sun exposure. the rest of my body isn't as tanned as my face, so idk why, but prob cuz its winter and my body is covered so only my face gets sunlight. also on peptides so angiogenesis ends up making you more red over time and improves ur coloring

i was afraid of BC too but i realized that none of the carotenoids gives you a nice tone alone. BC is shit without lycopene and vice versa. you need both for a good tone.

and no MT2 because i am prone to moles/freckles, so it's not worth it for a temporary tan.

yes but at lower doses it's good as a preworkout and supports blood flow and possibly skin health by improving blood flow and nutrient delivery. the only issue with cialis is that it could lower E2 a bit, so to counteract it you just need some topical estradiol cream as that will negate the negative skin effects (mainly lower collagen production/fibroblast activity) of having lower E2 levels, which i am hoping to buy soon once i find a source

at home subcision + PRF injections, GH peptides, and KLOW stack

currently doing red light therapy and accutane to get perfect skin as i have a few tiny pits left
