Skin barrier

After using taz for a month, my skin barrier is messed up. Even when I put water on my skin, it dries out. Needless to say, I'm not currently applying moisturizing cream to my skin because it irritates it. even the B5 I can't apply anything, everything irritates my skin. Any suggestions? It lasted almost 1 month now that I had to stop same problem

I stopped two months ago. And of course I put on moisturizer before taking the taz .

just needs time to recover then. for me fish oils/oral collagen peptides daily helped my skin barrier and really solidifying that hydration. ive also done GHK cu and GH and they mightve helped but its hard to say simply because im on so much shit
