You're sperging and it's likely not happening. Make sure you moisturize about 20 min after putting tretinoin on and letting it absorb.

Your skin barrier needs time to get used to it

When starting out, only apply 2x a week. If you start too fast, it will make your skin worse for a while.

Stop looking at your skin under fluorescent light. It will make your skin appear far worse looking. See how it looks under natural lighting/ the sun. Also it can take up to 1-2 months to first notice changes with tret.

Skin getting rough and dark on 10 days of tretinoin
Is it normal ?
Yes, it is normal to experience some side effects when starting to use tretinoin, a topical retinoid commonly used for acne and anti-aging. These side effects can include skin dryness, redness, peeling, and increased sensitivity to the sun.

It is also possible for the skin to darken or become rough when starting tretinoin, but this usually improves over time as the skin adjusts to the medication. However, if you are experiencing severe side effects or discomfort, you should talk to your doctor or a dermatologist. They may recommend adjusting the frequency or strength of your tretinoin use or switching to a different medication.

It is important to use tretinoin as directed by a healthcare professional and to protect your skin from sun exposure, as tretinoin can increase sun sensitivity. Using a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher, and wearing protective clothing and hats when spending time outdoors, can help to minimize the risk of sun damage.

How Long will it take approximately with 0.025 percent bro ?
I cannot look at my skin in the mirror
2-3 months minimum depending on your skin thickness, make sure you use moisturizer before AND after applying tretinoin.
