1. is there any way to reduce the amount of blackheads, redness, and breakouts on and around your nose? currently i use a salicylic acid cleanser, i dont touch my face n just try to eat clean overall but i guess i need to put in more effort.​
2. how many times do i need to shampoo and/or condition, n maybe what kind of harmful ingredients in them that i need to potentially avoid? generally to what extent do i need to take care of it. for context i have straight 1b hair​

any advice would be greatly appreciated

okay heres the ultimate advice.
1. use a retinoid i can recommend aklief (eu selgamis) evening
2. use a creme with BPO and clyndamicin in the morning
3.use spf 50 sun screen every morning
4. use a moisturizer daily
5. inject ghk cu

noted, thank you. unfortunately i dont have access to buy aklief from where im currently iving, and its far too pricey for me. could i use other topical retinoids like adapalene? is bpo benzoyl peroxide? oops accidentally doubled it

Yes bpo is that but as i Said every retinoid Should be Fine
