Skin has red color?

I’ve noticed the skin on my face has this weird reddish color but it’s mainly only on my face. My neck has a normal skin tone but my face looks more red for some reason almost like it’s inflamed. I have some acne but it’s just smaller pimples not all over my face. I’m not sure if it’s because of scars from previous acne just giving my face less even tone. I use this salicylic acid cleanser each morning and night and I’m wondering if that could be the reason like too harsh or something. Any ideas?

I eat pretty clean diet with a good amount of protein, vegetables n shit and I get a lot of exercise too

Rosacea maybe? its a genetic condition i think. Or could be seborrheic dermatitis? I get it after I drink alcohol. Try doing elimination method with your diet and the liquids you drink.
