wich diet i have to follow for clear skin. no cope pls

Simple: New diet (For a while if you can't stand it). Not ultra or over stress. Liver by Vit A (Dm if I tell you why). Basic skincare, but only 100% natural, not 99.98.
 
diet for skin care is mostly cope. Unless your current diet is insanely bad it isn't a result of diet and if your diet is that shit then limit junk food and increase healthy shit for a while, don't over think what is or isn't healthy just get it close enough and you'll be fine. Quantity isn't important so if you can't stop eating it won't matter just make sure the food you eat is ok. If no improvement then you know it isn't diet. Here's what to actually do, work your way up the levels going each a month or so to see if it works.

Level 1: Basic skin care, wash your face and use a cleanser and moisturiser most evenings, in mornings wash with water and dry and then apply sunscreen and reapply through out the day as needed especially if spending time in the sun. You can play around with this a bit but this is about right, DO NOT skip sunscreen

Level 2: slowly incorporate a retinoid, details can be found online. Also start micro needling protocol with derma pen (not stamp or roller)

Level 3: If willing to accept long term impacts of isotret then do that, if not try ghk, kpv, co2 lazer and any other shit you can think of but be aware at this point if you haven't seen results then you should just do isotret
