Skin help, many questions

(I look boneless in this picture its the lighting chill) just trying to show nose size and how my skin affects it


I have basically BEGGED my parents to go on accutane, i got benzoyl peroxide instead to help my excess sebum and blackheads. it makes my nose HUGE and its not the cartilage. I had a facial done that sucked all the excess sebum and blackheads out and my nose was litteraly perfect, everyday I wake up and my face is caked in oil. I literally have 0 pimples, but my skin is always nasty and bumpy with a million white heads and blackheads deep under the skin.

I’m just looking for products/solutions that will help, i have tried washing my pillow case 2x a week, and my diet is perfect.

I really wish i had accutane, my parents dont think my acne is bad but they dont get it. Like it all. How can i convince them to schedule an appointment with the dermo?
