Hi. I'll explain to you my skincare routine:
1. Morning:
- cleanser
- toner
- vitamin c serum
-suncream
- moisturizer
2. Night:
-cleanser
-toner (while skin is wet)
-retinol serum
-vitamin e oil (for scars)
-sebium global intense purifying care
I have a lot of scars and weird under skin pimples that produce bumps on my face (you can feel them by touching).
I eat probiotics low in sugar, avoid processed food (I don't eat when I'm not in home). I don't consume lactic food like milk.
I drink 2L minimum of water a day.
I also have a shower filter and avoid warm water.
But I still have pimples and acne. What am I doing wrong? Any recommendations? (The 28th of this month I have an appointment for a gut analysis to see what's wrong). I can upload a picture if y'all want. Peace.
