What exactly is glutathione and hydroquinone 10%?

I already use tretinoin for darker spots/hyperpigmentation as part of my skincare routine, but need serious advice on skinbleaching.

I'm light brown - similar skin tone to riz ahmed. I want to get white skin. Obviously I'll never be pale white but anything to look as white as possible.

I'm cautious about complete skin bleaching because I don't want to end up like Michael Jackson since he just looked like a ghost lol - I don't want skin that white, but realistically hope for the same skin colour as a white guy who has a slight tan.

What do I need to do?

When doing research I've seen so many bollywood celebrities who were literally fucking dark as children but are now white af somehow - what did they take? Is it all cameras and filters and editing? Like literally they go from being dusky dark brown to having the same skin colour as white people.

Deleted member but just wanted to drop by and mention that trying to obtain white passing skin from a light brown starting point is pretty much impossible. The best you can do is detan your skin and unless you were naturally somewhat pale then there's little to no hope. All "skin bleaching transformations" tend to reach their birth skin tone at most. You'll see black women who achieve a brown complexion, Indians who become light brown, and whilst there are some East Asians who obtain skin that's white adjacent it's only through losing a tan as they were originally born with lighter skin (even then that's a minority, a good chunk of East Asians are very visibly a swarthy yellow). You'll never see a black or an Indian achieve genuine pale skin without suffering some sort of skin condition e.g. vitiligo.

TLDR: Skin bleaching is cope unless you're trying to remove a tan and even out your bodily skin tone. Otherwise, pack up and go home.

See a dermatologist and they'll be able to find what works for you. Simple regiments can consist of Vitamin C supplements and sun screen, for longer term sun damage you may need forms of peels and laser treatment. Kojic acid can also be used to help even out your skin tone.
