Skin problem cheeks

I got very bloated cheeks. I hopped on furo and drink like 4L per day , i got low bf %. I think my skin quality is just bad , there are lots blackheads on my cheeks like the photo below. Any ideas on how to fix? I tried all of the bullshit skincare open pore cope but nothing.my nose is big too as a result of those
